you can recover Admin access only through PC or Laptop,
For getting access of Admin of your Facebook page you should open Facebook business suit.
1. Go to at setting in Facebook Business suit.
2. Click on business setting
After clicking on business setting.
There is a option like user, people, partners, system users.
You have to choose people Option.
3. Click on people option and you can see at the right of display
4. For getting admin access of your Facebook page, you have add Assets.
After clicking add Assets you can see this
Now you can see your page mane please click enable all options and also check on page name
After checking all options and page name
Click on save changes.
Now you are able to access your Facebook page as Admin
